For a year and a half, I tried one thing after another,I went to doctor after doctor to try to resolve an eczema outbreak over my entire body accompanied by a digestive disorder, fatigue… and more. Finally through my own research I learned what to change in my diet, and all my symptoms disappeared. Through my studying I am now a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and I’m here to help you.

The Drishti Plan embraces a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means we look at how all areas of your life are connected.  Does low energy or a lack of sleep prevent you from exercising? Does a stressful job or relationship cause you to overeat? With the Drishti Style of eating you will begin to gain a new understanding of how food works in your body—and just how much nutrition affects your entire life. You will be paired with a Drishti Plan coach who will determine the best time and optimal proportion size of each meal for your specific body.

Satisfy Hunger with the Right Foods
The Drishti Plan will help you learn to pair healthy complex carbohydrates and high-quality proteins with healthy fats at times of the day that will instruct your body to burn calories as fuel and not store fuel as fat. Eating the Drishti Way will help build awareness around eating habits you have and create an understanding of the chemistry of nutrients in the body so you can spend your time planning for healthy eating and not spending your energy trying to eat less each day. Following the Drishti Plan will reduce hunger and help your body stabilize hormone levels, mood and energy levels.

Learn What’s Right For Your Body
For some, rigorous interval training exercise will accelerate weight loss while others will see results with light to moderate walking and yoga that do not trigger the release of already high stress hormones. Your Drishti Plan coach will help guide you on the right foods to eat, and the recommended activities to reach your results.

The Drishti Process
Once you become a Drishti Plan member, you will complete a detailed client intake form to give us health and family history and information about any current medications you are taking. You will then set goals to be very specific about what you want to achieve along with completing the Drishti Plan Body Discovery process. Using your FitBit, enter a detailed log of all food and beverages consumed for 3 days as well as your exercise and sleep activity. All the details are submitted to your coach who schedules a Skype session to go over your results, customized eating plan and answer any questions you may have. Your coach stays in touch with you through your Drishti Plan member dashboard each week.
